PRIME Minister Kevin Rudd supports United Nations on Syria Chemical Weapon Investigation

Syria Chemical Weapon InvestigationPrime Minister Kevin Rudd confirms Australia’s support to UN for an urgent investigation on Syria’s usage of chemical weapons.

Friday, Aug. 23, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and Mr Rudd in a phone call discussed the appalling situations in Syria. Mr Rudd expressed the grave concern of Australia concerning the deterioration of Syria.

They tackle about the proceeding steps should mull over by the international community.

Bashar al-Assad’s regime in Syria’s claims of using chemical weapons to mass destruction that killed an approximate 1300 civilians on the bounds of Damascus just this week, the whole wide world needs answers!

The weapon inspectors sent by UN are already in Syria but they have given authorization to execute their investigation with reference to the latest claim.

Friday, this week, Australia contact the government of Syria to answer positively the call of Secretary-General regarding the co-operation, Syria Chemical Weapon Investigation, and that it allows unfettered and full access to UN weapon inspectors that are currently in Damascus.

The current situations were “a tragedy of unspeakable proportions” he said.

At the present, Australia’s Prime Minister Kevin Rudd taking ‘calm and measured approach’ when he was asked earlier if Australia would think of commending troops to a potential international intervention in Syria.

He said, “I take this step-by-step. I’m not in the business of making chest-beating announcements.”

Although the government of Syria denies using such weapons, and even claimed that if ever they did, they wouldn’t use them against the people of Syria. Syrian regime of President Bashar al-Assad repeated that statement for a second time recently this Wednesday, on the gas attack “fabrications” reports.

Due to videos uploaded which were taken within the suburbs of the rebel stronghold at Eastern Ghouta, revealed related scenes of people including the small children convulsing on the floor. Their nose and mouth were foaming laid out to massacre.

According to Abu Nidal, the alleged strike of the chemical weapon took initial round of rockets between 2:20 and 2:40 a.m.
